She provides support to children aged six and older, young adults, adults, and couples. Shelby helps individuals manage various challenges, including low self-esteem, trauma, depression, anxiety,
relationship issues, and more. She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in understanding the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, which helps them
manage overwhelming emotions and difficult thoughts.
Shelby believes that everyone needs someone to talk to and a conversation with a therapist can change your life. Her goal is to create a comforting, judgment-free space where individuals can be themselves, safely explore their thoughts and feelings while navigating life's toughest obstacles.
